All SURPPO™ products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Returns are handled directly through Amazon's returns system. Our return policy aligns with Amazon's standard return policy and applicable UK consumer law.

1. Return Window

You may return most items purchased from BRITLYN LTD (SURPPO™ brand) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, provided the item meets the conditions below.

The 30-day return window begins on the date the item is delivered to your address, as confirmed by carrier tracking information.

In addition to our 30-day policy, UK consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months (or up to 6 years in some cases) regardless of our standard return window.

All returns are initiated through Amazon. Please follow these steps:

  2. Find the SURPPO™ / BRITLYN LTD order you wish to return.
  3. Select "Return or Replace Items" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Print the prepaid return label (where applicable) and ship the item back.

For items fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), Amazon typically provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Return shipping costs for seller-fulfilled items may vary — please check your specific return authorisation for details.

If a return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
